Our main service is our group classes, each day you can expect a strength and skills component as well as a conditioning component. Our program is well thought out and designed to create a balanced athlete.

You must have completed our Elements sessions or come from a background in functional fitness.

Monthly Unlimited $175/month or $145/month(Based on a 12 Month Commitment)

LADIES WHO LIFT

6 week program

This ladies only program will introduce you to workouts that use safe, effective & efficient movements similar to those you would use in everyday life. You can expect to learn weightlifting, body weight exercises and mobility training.

When: Every Tuesday & Thursday

Starts: Tues. Sept. 17th, 2019

Ends: Thurs. Oct. 24th, 2019

Time: 7:00pm – 8:00pm

Cost: $250.00 plus GST ($262.50)

AFTER SCHOOL KIDS PROGRAM

12 week program, Ages 9-11 & 12-16

Our goal is to teach your kid(s) the importance of staying fit and active, while having fun!
We will be working on: fundamental strength movements, cardio endurance, balance and stability.

When: Every Tuesday & Thursday

Starts: Tues. Sept. 17th, 2019

Ends: Thurs. Dec. 5th, 2019

Ages 9-11

Time: 3:00pm – 4:00pm

Ages 12-16

Time: 4:15pm – 5:15pm

PRENATAL & POST PARTUM PROGRAM

6 week program

Have you been looking for a fitness program to help keep you fit & baby safe? Our coach has modifications for every stage of your journey! You can expect workouts that include dumbbells, kettlebells, biking, rowing & basic gymnastics movements.

Starts: Tues. Sept. 17th, 2019

Ends: Tues. Oct. 22nd, 2019

Time: 10:30am – 11:30am

Cost: $120.00 plus GST ($126.00)

RUNNING PROGRAMS

6 week program, Ages 12 and up

You will spend time at the track learning proper running teqnique, improving efficiency, speed & endurance to help you prepare for the Miracle Beach 5k or 10k race held on October 20th, 2019.

When: Every Monday & Thursday

Starts: Mon. Sept. 9th, 2019

Ends: Thurs. Oct. 10th, 2019

Time: 9:00am — 10:00am

Cost: $150.00 plus GST ($157.50), which includes all training and race entrance fee.

ADVANCED AND INTERMEDIATE GYMNASTICS WORKSHOP

Are you struggling to make your gymnastics movements more efficient? We will help you with that! We will cover strict pull ups, kipping pull ups, butterfly pull ups, toes to bar, push ups and handstand push ups. This will be an active workshop so be prepared to work hard!

When: Saturday, Nov. 23rd, 2019

Time: 10:30am – 12:30am

POWERLIFTING BASICS WORKSHOPS

This workshop is geared toward people who want to learn to increase their knowledge in the three powerlifts (Back Squat, Bench and Deadlift), learn to be more efficient at the three lifts, get a general understanding of proper body mechanics and setup for the lifts and establish a one rep max for each lift and aim to improve upon it.

When: Saturday, Oct. 19th, 2019

Time: 10:30am – 1:30pm

TEAM TRAINING

NUTRITIONAL COACHING

OUR APPROACH TO NUTRITION MIGHT BE A BIT DIFFERENT THAN WHAT YOU’VE HAD IN THE PAST.

Rather than giving you something that you go “on” as a diet, then reach your goal and then come “off” of it. We focus on lifestyle change. In order to create lasting change, we’re going to need to work on changing your habits and behaviours when it comes to food. Something else that might come as a surprise? It’s not always the food…

How’s your stress level? What kind of sleep are you getting on a regular basis? Do you eat breakfast? These questions and more are all part of our initial intake and triage questionnaire we use with clients when they first start. At Primal, we’ve got two basic nutrition offerings. Level 1 and Level 2.

LEVEL 1 PROGRAM $100/MONTH (3 MONTH COMMITMENT)

In our Level 1 Program, after an initial meeting and assessment with your coach you will be assigned a task for a period of two weeks. You will receive electronic check ins on a weekly basis checking in on how it’s going.

LEVEL 2 PROGRAM $250/MONTH (3 MONTH COMMITMENT)

In addition to what we offer in our first level, participants in our Level 2 Program will have two monthly meetings (By phone or in Person) where we do a deeper dive into how the new habit or behaviour is sticking and how we can make it easier.
